About Us

Shawn is originally from Braintree Massachusetts, a town just south of Boston.  He started out in real estate as a teenager helping construct custom built homes.  He loves the approval processes of zoning, planning board, and conservation commission meetings. 

He has always been drawn to land, but knew his potential was capped living in eastern MA, an area that lacked undeveloped land.  He now lives and travels in a camper out west, and the outdoors is now his office.  Simply put, he travels where the land opportunities bring him.
